An old friend of mine just recently moved back into Iowa City, a fan of Elvis Costello, David Bowie, Gary Numan, all kinds of other stuff, he also had two things I bought off of him that totally made my day and subsequent morning doung my show last weekend. A copy of Led Zeppelin 1 and Fripp and Eno’s album No Pussyfooting. The latter of which is a 2 track vinyl that consists of ambient music and frippertronics (sound looping using a two reel player) which is hard to find a place for but good for talking during the show.
So on top of that I have my Pandora account which I have fine tuned like a knife towards my show because frankly most of the stuff I want to play is either hard to find or expensive so F that, use the expansive power of genome music selection to please my audience and teach me more about the genre I operate in, I certainly do not know everything so the gues what?

Heard you this morning for about half an hour as I buzzed in & out of Iowa City. Great mix – great alt. versions. I’ll look for your Pandora station. You need a podcast in the worst way.
